Who are we?

BioInfoLab is the official website of the Bioinformatics Laboratory, Department of Biology, Miami University, Oxford, Ohio, USA.   It contains integrated bioinformatics resources that we have developed or are developing, including databases, web services and tools for Genomics, Proteomics and Metabolomics.

Our Team

The Bioinfo Lab is led by Prof. Chun Liang in Biology Department, Miami University. Currently, the lab has 1 bioinformatician, 6 graduate students and 7 undergraduate students.    Prof. Liang is also an affiliate professor in Department of Computer Science and Software Engineering, Miami University.

Funding

Fundings for our projects are from NIH-NIGMS, NIH-NEI, US Forest Service, and Miami University.
